Sale is contingent on full veterinary approval within 5 days from date of purchase. If puppy shows any indication of poor health within the first 5 days, Buyer should seek medical attention. The puppy should be taken to a licensed veterinarian for any necessary treatment ( at Buyer's expense ). The Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills, medication or testing after the sale of the puppy.

If puppy does not have your veterinarian approval, please return the puppy, a vet report signed by the vet and all papers must be returned to the Seller where purchased within the time period designated above for a full refund.

If this puppy devolps a fatal congenital or hereditary disease from one year of purchase from date of purchase. Seller will give a full refund of amount paid at time of purchase. A vet report signed by the vet is required.

In case of death, Seller requires a vet report signed by the vet, cause of death. An autopsy might be necessary to determine cause of death at Buyer's expense.

Seller reserves the right to determine if the Buyer's  purchase price will be refunded.

Seller is not responsible for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), coccidiosis (a cause of diarrhea) or giardia (one celled parasitic). Puppies are prone to devolping the above under stressful situations. 

Seller does not guarantee Luxating Patella (trick knee) which is a common knee problem typically in small or toy breed dogs.

This puppy is being sold for Pet Quality Only.

To the best of my (Seller) knowledge, this puppy is in good healthy condition with the following exceptions:_________________________________.

Seller and Buyer certify by signing this Contract that this puppy is not sold for resale purposes and that the Seller will be notified if it is necessary for this puppy to change ownership and right of first refusal will be given to the Seller.
